AMCs importing ACA file into CHMI should ensure that they have been upgraded by NM to the 19.0.0.11.0.4.8 version as from this release, a [FUA_RS] tag is expected, and in its absence, default FUA Restrictions will be applied to the allocated RSAs.
Older version of CHMI will refuse to further process ACA files without this new tag.
If you would enounter such an issue, you should contact NM CSO to be updated to a newer CHMI release.
