The following Notice informs about MANTIS server unavailability resulting from a maintenance period.
Issue: MANTIS server’ unavailability
Description: The MANTIS LARA online reporting tool will be unavailable from Friday 22nd December 2023 at 12:00 UTC until Tuesday 2nd January 2024 at 12:00 UTC at the latest, although we do expect the downtime to be shorter.
Following this scheduled downtime MANTIS will be accessible from a different URL, https://asm.graffica.site/issues/lara.
During this downtime any support issues should be communicated via email to graffica.lara@soprasteria.com and lara@eurocontrol.int where you will receive a response from a member of the team during working hours.
The relocation is temporary, and we expect to return the site to its usual site URL during January. We keep advising to access MANTIS from the official LARA website.
Further notice and communication will be provided when this maintenance period will be completed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these changes.
